Dear Valued Customer Same day delivery is not applicable during Mothers day. We have cut off time for May 12 deliveries. We would like to inform you that, we will strictly follow the cut off time.

Provincial Delivery Cut off time is May 10 8AM Manila time. . Order received after cut off time will be deliver May 14 onwards. No Sunday Delivery For provincial Order

Delivery Free: We have flat shipping rate $6 for metro manila and province for most of the items.. But there are some items which required additional delivery charge for provincial delivery.

NO Sunday delivery for Provincial Order. All the order for Provincial delivery will be deliver Monday to Saturday. No specific delivery time for provincial delivery. Our courier delivery time is 8AM to 5PM.

Delivery Date: Guaranteed same day delivery in metro manila if ordered by 10AM in recipient's time zone. Next day delivery to province. Cut off time is 10AM Manila time. Orders received beyond cut off time for Metro Manila areas will be delivered on the following day and for Provincial areas after two days unless you specify the delivery date. We accept and process orders daily from Monday to Sunday including Holidays. Customers are required to indicate the delivery date when he completes the order..

Someday delivery is not applicable during any special occasion like Valentines Day, Christmas, Mothers day and Father Day. Order must be placed at least 3-4 days ahead for guaranteed delivery

Delivery Time: We cannot commit specific time delivery if you complete the order same day. Please complete the order at least 3-4 days ahead of delivery date for specific time delivery. And time specific delivery possible to Metro manila Delivery Only. We cannot commit on any time request Delivery during special occasion but we will deliver it within the day.

Complete Address: Incorrect Address or Contact number: Incorrect address causes delay of the delivery. It is very important to provide correct address (House# street name Brgy name) and contact number of the recipient. Always use Brgy. name to the recipient address even it is provincial delivery. Item will not be shipped if the address is not complete. We will try to contact to the customer through email or phone to provide the correct address. We will also try to contact to the recipient through phone. If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $10.00 for re-delivery of the order. We are not responsible for delivery made to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer...

Door to door service is not possible some areas of the provinces. So sender will be informed first through phone or e-mail before we process and ship the item. Once the item was shipped we will contact the recipient and inform regarding the details where to pick up the item.

Advance Order: Some items have a lead time. Like Special cake, Haagen Das cake, Imported Rose, Cell phone, Etc... Please read the delivery policy for each item before completes the order. Electronics items require 10-12 days advance order. However pay offline (western union / Bank to bank transfer) possible to deliver same day for electronics item. So make sure that you have placed your order in advance for electronics and there will be no conflict on the date of delivery and the availability of the items.

Food for Provincial Delivery: We deliver GreenWich Restaurant Food , Pizzahut, Max Restaurant food To nationwide. We can deliver most of the cities in the Philippines as long as there is a branch that restaurant. Before you order, please make sure that there is a branch nearby of the recipient address. Otherwise, recipient needs to pick up the item from nearest branch of the location. If you are not sure of the location, we advise you to contact with us before you complete the order. Furthermore, please place order at least 3-4 days ahead of delivery date.

Some Item Only Metro Manila Delivery: Regalophilippines would like to inform the customer that there are some items which are only possible to deliver within Metro Manila like tulip, food, cake, balloons, party foods, fast food and some electronics Item. If ever you placed the order for provinces restricted item to manila and want to cancel due to out of delivery coverage Regalophilippines will charge 10% without any further notification..

Food Items For Nearby Provinces: Regalophilippines provide a special delivery service for food item like cake pizza party foods to nearby provinces of Metro Manila like Bulacan, Cavite, Rizal, Batangas, Laguna, Pampanga, Angeles, if order over $169. But we can deliver only within the city proper of those provinces. We strongly recommend to the customer please contact with us info@ regalophilippines.com for confirmation if we can deliver your requested place, further more order should be placed at least 5-6 days ahead of delivery date.

Flowers : While we aim to match the arrangements pictured on this site to your order, this is not always possible due to seasonal factors and availability of materials and containers. Therefore our pictures should be used as a guide only. If our florists need to substitute flowers they will use blooms of equal or greater value to those shown. Photos show flowers in full bloom however we try to send flowers which are still in bud as these are the freshest available and will last the longest. Our designs are bold, modern and elegant. Each arrangement is specially hand made to order by our highly trained florists and each has its own unique look and charm.

Substitution Policy

We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, they will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and visa versa.

Plants: For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants will be as close as possible.

Gift Baskets Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.
